Complaints include any student concerns regarding school programs, services, or staff. A student with a school-related concern is encouraged to schedule a conference with the school director to seek resolution. If an issue isn't resolved to the student's satisfaction through a conference, the student can file a formal written complaint with the school director. The school director will investigate the complaint, take appropriate action, and provide a written response to the student within ten business days after receiving the formal written complaint. Note: a conference with the director is not required before a student files a formal written complaint.
